Why is my Salesforce account not updated when a payment is made?

I have a payment form with a Push integration to Salesforce, so why is my SF account not updated each time a payment is executed?
FormTitan allows you to create payment forms that are seamlessly integrated with Salesforce - this means that every time a payment is made, we will receive a notification about it and the payment details will be pushed to your Salesforce account.

If you do not see the payment details update in your Salesforce account
please make sure that:

1- The ‘Use for payment integration’ checkbox is turned on in your Push integration’.
Go to : Push integration > Payment integration category > Use for payment integration

2- Your ‘Don’t save data’ option is not turned on.
Go to” ‘Properties’ panel > form tab > settings option > Optimization category > Don’t save the data
