Most users that create online forms and have them integrated with salesforce try to match their form style to their website or product.
However, there are some users that plan on embedding their forms inside Salesforce, and want to give their form the same look and feel as the
salesforce environment.
Can this be done? Sure it can. FormTitan possesses an extremely flexible design capability that will allow you to create stunning online forms. Each element in your form can be easily selected and styled according to your needs (fonts, backgrounds, orders etc), so yes - you can do this yourself, But we would like to save you the time and effort and that is why we also provide ready made themes for this.
Currently we offer many themes, two of them are Salesforce style oriented: one for the classic Salesforce style, and another for the Salesforce Lightning style.
It goes without saying that once you apply a theme on your form you can still continue and make style changes ontop of it.
Following are steps to apply the SF theme on your form:

| 2- | Choose one of our Salesforce style themes and apply them on your form "Properties" panel > Form > Settings > General > Basic > Theme you will see that there is a theme currently used - this is our default theme.  |

Press on the 'Change' button to open our theme gallery  |

Once the window will open enter SF in the search box and choose the classic / Lightning theme. (in this example we chose the Classic SF theme)  |

Press 'Apply' and the theme will be applied on your form  |
