Can my filler navigate between form pages?

Navigating in multi-page forms
When your form has many pages, it's crucial to provide the filler with ways to navigate between them. In some forms it may be important
to restrict the filler by allowing him to only move to the next or the previous page, forcing him to follow the page sequence we defined.
However, in other cases, when the sequence of pages is not important you can allow your filler to move from page to page without limitations.

Use the Dropdown for multi-page navigation
We have added a new option to our Dropdown element, which automatically turns it into a navigational dropdown: it contains the pages names and when the filler chooses a page from the list he is instantly moved there.

Following are the steps to add a dynamic navigation dropdown for the multipage form:
- Create a new form from blank
- Drag a textbox, just so we have content in the page.

- Drag a page break element - so the form will now be flagged as multi page.

- Add a page

- Drag a numeric element in page 2, just so we have some content in this page as well.

- Go back to page 1 and drag a Dropdown element

- Once the dropdown is selected, go to its element settings and turn on the ‘Page Break navigation mode’ checkbox.
‘Properties’ panel > ‘Element’ tab > ‘Settings’ option > ‘Advanced’ category

- Save the form and publish it as URL
- Now test it: open the dropdown in our published form and you will see that it contains the names of the pages in your multi page form. (which are by default ‘Page 1’ Page2’ etc, but you can change them, of course).
- Choose page 2 from the dropdown and you will see that you are moved to page 2.

It’s as simple as that!

Enjoy!
