Can I convert uploaded files into a PDF document

FormTitan provides a great feature called "PDF Mapping", which can take  the data entered in your form and produce a PDF document based on  it. You can create this PDF in 2 ways:
- Basic Mode: by using a scanned copy of a paper form as a static background and placing the form fields on top of it.
- Dynamic mode: by creating your own layout, using editor options and HTML and dragging your form fields into it.
What is most important to understand is that in both ways you can map most all of your form fields to this PDF including an uploaded file (if it's an image). If you wish to map the file upload field alone - this is also possible.

If you are using Salesforce, you may be interested to know that this PDF can also be "Pushed" to Salesforce and attached to the object of your choice.
