The answer is - Yes.
This blue strip is displayed by default when you use either an auto translate or a custom translate feature in your form. It’s purpose is to tell the filler that the form has translation and give him the choice between seeing the translated form or the original form.
However, If you wish to remove this strip you can do so easily: The form will be translated but the strip will not be shown.
Following are the steps:
1- Enter your form in the form builder
2- Go to ‘Properties’ panel > Form tab > Settings option > Optimization category
3- Turn on the ‘Hide translation bar’ checkbox
4- Save the form
5- When testing the form you will see that the form is translated and the strip does not appear.
