How do I create a mailing or phone list?

What is the Mailing List and the phone list?

The mailing list is a collection of email addresses to whom you would like to send an email to. A phone list is a collection of phone numbers to whom you would like to send an SMS to.
The purpose of creating a mailing or phone list with FormTitan is simply to use it later on with the "Targeting" option, by creating a campaign and then sending your form to the recipients based on your list.

Following are steps to create a mailing list

1- Enter your FormTitan account
2-  Open the "User" sub menu and select "My account" page
3- Go to "Lists" tab.
4- A small window will open, asking you to fill in the  list  basic details:
Type (email or phone), Name, Description, and four checkboxes to make the list active, and agree to our terms.
5- The new list will now be added to the grid on the left. Selecting the list row in the grid will show its details on the right.
6- Press on "Manage list members" button and a window will open, where you will be required to add your list members.
Adding the members my be done manually - one by one, or by uploading a CSV file (you have a button for either option).
Each member you add should have the following details:
If this is a mailing list: email address, first name, last name, is active (checkbox).
If this is a phone list:  phone number, first name, last name, is active (checkbox).
7- Once all members are added - close this window and you're done.
