Yes - sure you can.
Just follow these steps:
1- Create a new blank form
2- Drag a File upload element (From 'Elements' panel > 'Basic' category > 'Input' sub category > 'File Upload')
3- When the element is selected on canvas go to its settings to set a Value Rule
Go to: ‘Properties’ panel > ‘Element’ tab > ‘Settings’ option > ‘Value rule’
4- Press on the ‘Set value rules’ button
5- Open the dropdown and choose: “Max file size in KB”.
6- Enter the number 500 in the input box below it.
7- Enter the message that will appear if the file exceeds the limit.
8- Press ‘Apply’ and save the form.
9- Now it’s time to test your form:
- Publish it as URL
- Click on the file upload field and choose a file larger than 500 KB
- You will then see the error message you configured.
- Now try upload a smaller file size and it will work.
