Can I set a background image to my dynamic PDF?

Last updated Aug 02 2018

Yes - you can.
The dynamic PDF can be freely created in the editor with HTML.
If you wish to set an image at the back of your PDF Page/s you can easily do so.

Following are the steps:
1- After your form has been created - add PDF mapping
Properties panel > form tab > settings option > PDF mapping >
2- Move the ‘Dynamic node’ toggle to “On”.
3- Add your content: text, elements from the form, HTML code etc.
4- Press on ‘Submit’ icon in the upper toolbar to configure the settings.
5- Paste your back image URL. Please note that the image needs to have an A4 document proportion. We recommend that you prepare it for size: 1164px x 1650px
6- Press “Apply” and save the form.

Please note

* If you are creating a multi page PDF (by inserting a page break from the editor toolbar > Insert > Page break) - each page will have the same back image as specified.

** If you do not have a URL address, you can simply upload your image to our server and use its URL.
- create a new form
- drag an image element
- upload your image
- publish your form as URL
- Right click on the image > inspect
- Copy the URL of the image from the code
