"I have an online form that's mapped to my Salesforce account. My date time element in the form is mapped to a Date/time field in my salesforce account, however when i populate it into my form the time is not the same. how can this be?"
Well, Date time issues are caused by Time Zone settings which are not in sync. This is an example of a very common mistake, that can easily be fixed. All you have to do is make sure your Time zones are identical in both accounts.
According to wikipedia, a time zone is a region that observes a uniform standard time for legal, commercial, and social purposes. People from different regions in the world have different time zones. so if you work combines several regions you will need to make sure that you are working around one consistant time zone. The same goes for your Salesforce-FormTitan integration. If you do not make sure that the time zones match in both accounts you will have time differences.
