Get access a to 3rd party integration
When you integrate with a 3rd party - the authentication is given to you per user - it is not given per form, but for the entire account and you can use it in as many forms as you like.
You can integrate with a 3rd party in 2 ways:
1- in the form builder -while configuring a push integration inside a specific form
2- in your account settings
Inside Form Builder
Following are steps to get an authentication inside the form builder:
1- | Sign in to your FormTitan account. |
2- | Open the form you would like to integrate with a 3rd party in the Form Builder. |
3- | Go to "Form Settings" > "Basic" tab > "On submit" category > "Push notification" |
4- | Choose the platform and click on it to configure the integration. the first step you will be required to complete is an authentication: Click on the "Click to authenticate with ..." button, and once you sign in to the application - a green v icon will appear - and you are all set. |
Inside account settings
Following are steps to get an authentication in account settings:
1- | Sign in to your FormTitan account. |
2- | Open the User sub menu and choose "My Account". |
3- | Select the "Push Settings" tab. |
4- | Under this tab you will find a list of all authentications and their statuses on the left and a log of push activities on the right. |
5- | Find the 3rd party you want to authenticate with and click on its "Grant access" button. |
