How do I edit a collaborator?

Editing a collaborator

When you create a collaborator you fill in his details (Name and Email) and his permissions (forms/themes/reports/submissions).
Editing a collaborator means you can change only the permissions you gave the collaborator - the collaborator details (email and name) may not be edited.
So if you wish to make a change in permissions you defined for your collaborator you can do so with "Edit".
* Please note that in order to turn a basic Collaborator into an Editor or Creator (giving him edit and Create permissions) you need to purchase an additional license.

Following are steps to edit your collaborator:

1- Sign in to your FormTitan account.
2- Open the User submenu and choose "My Account".
3- Choose the "Collaborators" tab
4- The are 2 ways to open the collaborator settings for edit:
- Easiest way is to simply click on the collaborator card to open the collaborator settings window.
- Second way is to hover on the collaborator card. you will see 2 icons appear: the first is Edit, and the second is Delete.
Pressing on edit icon will also open the collaborator settings window.
5- Press on "next" in the first step (since the details in this page are not editable).
In step 2- Change the permissions according to your needs.
