5 options for creating a form

The Salesforce form

This option allows you to create a form based on fields from a Salesforce object, and do so easily.
The fields you choose to create are mapped, stored and pushed to salesforce automatically.
In addition, when you use picklists, you will be happy to know, that their data is populated in to the lists in real time.
This way you are always kept in sync with Salesforce.

Following are the steps to create a new form, based on a salesforce object:

Authenticate with Salesforce
2- Choose the Salesforce object you want to base your form on.
3- All of the object fields will now appear below, with a suggestion of the element to map them to (for example: to map "Account Name" to a textbox).
you can use the suggested mapping or change it to the element type of your choice.

Turn on the "mandatory" checkbox for elements you want to make required.
5- Press on "Apply" and the form will automatically be created for you on canvas, containing the fields you configured.
The elements will be placed one above the other, but this is only an automated layout and can easily be changed.

You can now change the layout and styles completely: Select elements and move them. Put them side by side if you like, change their sizes, back colors, borders etc.
This form is no different than any other form you create with FormTitan - you can use the flexible design capabilities to create a stunning form. Add labels, change
your form size, back color, add images etc.
