Document generation

FormTitan enables you to generate documents based on data in your form as well as on data from Salesforce.  
Under  the ‘Document generation’ category in the properties panel we provide 3 options:
PDF mapping, Word mapping and Auto PDF.

Pdf Mapping
This option will allow you to create a PDF document in two different methods:
1- Basic PDF - this is the default mode of the PDF editor, which will require you to upload a scanned PDF and lay the fields on top of it.
2- Dynamic PDF - Changing to ‘Dynamic mode’ in the PDF editor using the toggle will allow you to create an HTML based PDF.  This will also allow you to display data from your repeated sections in a table.

Word Mapping
Our Titan composer is a Word add-in that will allow you to generate a document containings data from Salesforce. What's so great about it is that you can go about creating your word document as always, only this time you can also insert your Salesforce fields in the layout.

Auto Pdf
The auto pdf, as opposed to the other options, requires no mapping. it automatically takes a screenshot of the entry made and stores it as a PDF.
