Multi Page Form

What is a Multi Page Form? 
The multi page form, contrary to the Single page form, is a form that is broken down into a few pages. It is suitable for long forms, where displaying all the fields in one page may scare off the filler. When filling in a multi page form the form filler has to go through all
the pages until he reaches the "Finish" button on the last page - only then can he submit the form.
Creating a multi page form with FormTitan is really easy: all you need to do is use the Page Break element, which resides inside the "Elements" panel.
