Last updated Oct 22 2018

Twilio is a cloud communications platform as a service company that allows software developers to programmatically make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, and perform other communication functions using its web service APIs.
By using the FormTitan Push option you can automatically send the data entered in your form via SMS and WhatsApp.

Following are steps to integrate with Twilio
1- Open the form you would like to integrate in the Form Builder.
2- Go to "Properties Panel" > "Form" tab >  "Settings" > "Integrations" Category > "Push notification" - Press on "Set Notifications"

3-

In the first wizard step: Choose Platform, select "Twilio".

4-

In order to push the form data via Twilio you will first need to "Authenticate with Twilio".
5- Once authenticated you will be required to enter the Parameters for WhatsApp, SMS (or both):
Phone to - select a field from your form, where the destination phone number will be taken from. The number can be read from a Textbox or a Hidden field.
Phone from - select a field, from where the message will be sent from. The number can be read from a Textbox or a Hidden field.
Message content - a textarea where you will be required to enter your message
Form fields - the form fields, which you can drag into the message content area
6- Turn on the notification toggle and Press on "Finish".

Example for how the integration really works

1- With each form submission a new message will be sent according to the content you set and based on the phone numbers entered in the specific entry.
