Sometimes you finish setting up your Doc gen, and when you test it you see that it is not working. The best thing to do is go through the basic things that need to be done.
Please start by doing a quick check:
1- Did you install the Titan app for all of your users?
2- Did you Save your Doc gen /SSO custom settings?
head over to Account settings > Under Doc gen/SSO tab > Press on the "Save" button in the "Custom Settings" section.
head over to Account settings > Under Doc gen/SSO tab > Press on the "Save" button in the "Custom Settings" section.
3- Did you create your document and grant permission for it?
Head over to Account settings > Under Collaborators tab > check that you have users and their permissions set up.
Head over to Account settings > Under Collaborators tab > check that you have users and their permissions set up.
If all of your answers are "Yes" then please open the Salesforce workbench and execute the code below, the output will tell you the reason.
* Take code from: Document mapping settings > Salesforce APEX category > Press on "Configure" button > Grab the APEX code.
Enjoy!
