In this version we have greatly improved the caching issue in the Salesforce Get and Push configurations by caching your Object lists.
First, We set the cache to automatically expire after 24 hours. 
Second, we added a “Refresh” icon in the SF push/Get configuration window to update the object lists. So if you’ve added or deleted a custom or standard object in your Salesforce account just know that you can now refresh your lists to update your lists.
