Storing Files in Salesforce is a costly issue. In the past, we added a feature that allowed you to capture images in your mobile and upload them after they’ve been compressed - all this so images would take up less storage space on Salesforce.
In this version, we’re addressing this issue again from a new angle, by allowing you to push the image to S3 or Google drive and at the same time push only the link to Salesforce.
This supports:
- the images uploaded in the file upload element (also in repeat)
- regular pdf documents
- dynamic pdf documents
- auto pdf documents
- word documents
