Field type in Salesforce correlates with the cell type in Titan Excel

The field type in Salesforce will correlate with the cell type in Excel. For instance, if a field in Salesforce has a numeric value, it will have a numeric cell type in Excel, or if a field in Salesforce has a date value, it will have a date cell type in Excel.

Following are the steps to set it up in Excel:
1- Open Excel.
2- Click on Form Titan.
3- Click on Build.
4- Click on Insert Field.
5- Select the object from the drop-down list.
6- Select the field from the drop-down list.
7- Click on Cell Format. The Configure Field Format screen opens.

8- Select the format from the drop-down list. The options are:
    a-Integer
    b. Float with sub options: Float (0.00) or Float (0.0).
    c. String
    d. Percent
    e. Currency with sub options: Currency (10 100,00 USD) or Currency (10 100,0 USD) or Currency (10 100 USD).
9- Click on the Apply button.

10- Click on the Insert Field button. The field is inserted in the Excel sheet with the formatting as set up in elements added.

The cell format in Excel corresponds with what was set in Form Titan.
