As you know, you can add a Header and a Footer to your PDF document. You can use this to insert your company Logo, company contact details etc. But what about form fields? We can insert them into the PDF so why not into the Header and Footer as well?
This was actually brought up by two different users, which means that 'great minds think alike' :-)
