Compile email template html

When you generate a document and send it using the ‘Edit and Send’ functionality in Salesforce, you can select a ready-made email template. Up till now the templates you could use were simple text templates, but starting from this version we are supporting the use of HTML templates as well. All you have to do is:
- create a new HTML template in your Salesforce account.
- it will automatically show up in your 'Edit and Send' template list when you open the dropdown.
- when you select it - you will see it rendered in the 'Edit and Send' mail editor.
