Salesforce Table Max rows per level

In this version we've added a "Max rows" property to the Salesforce Table element. This property allows you to enter a maximum number of items for each level in the Table. So if, for example, you've defined max rows of 10 for first level of table - the form filler will be able to add items to this level until the number of items reaches 10. After that, the "Add" button will no longer be active.
