Using various options from the “FT Generate” button in Salesforce opens a modal window (such as view/download). The problem is that some users have popup blockers on their browsers and when they tried to use these options it looked like nothing was happening.
In this version, we’ve added a message that will spring up each time the user tries to open a pop-up, while his popup blocker is on.
