Supporting HTML templates with attachments in Edit and Send

When a user is sending an email from the FT button in Salesforce he can, of course, use an HTML template. But up till now if this template contained an attachment this was a no-go.
So starting this version HTML templates with attachments are now supported in the Edit and Send option.
