Now you can send push notifications to your customers based on any event that occurs in Salesforce. So if, for example, the customer's case changes its status - you can easily send the customer a notification. if a customer's order is waiting to be picked up - you can send him a notification with a quick action to navigate to the pickup location.
In addition, like always we support full customization. So you can change the text, icons, badges or actions and send your notifications to any platform (desktop or mobile).
