Word add-in - supporting merged cells in a table

The great thing about users is that they constantly push the boundaries of the system when they work. They always want to do unpredictable things and subsequently push you to create new features that support them.
An example of this is a user who created Complex tables, with a different number of columns in each row. The layout was implemented, but the document in the “Preview” was not always rendered correctly. So we decided to support this - and so we did.
