Document Generation additions: Email and Download

It was only one version ago that we launched our docs generation solution direct from Salesforce.
At first the feedbacks were overwhelming and then we started getting some requests.
The following additions were made thanks to our user Yaki B.D - so thanks for your input!

The document generation window allows you to preview the documents, generate them and even edit their PDF templates according to the permissions you are given.
In this version we’ve added the option to download the document as well.


- Email - Advanced : CC, BCC
In addition to the docs gen options (generate, preview and download) the document generation window also allows you to send emails to multiple recipient. Users really found this useful - So much so that they have already asked for additions: the option to send to multiple email addresses as well as to CC and BCC.

In order to do this you need to:
- Press on the ‘Advanced’ button
- You will see that you have three properties:
To - where you can choose additional email fields (to add recipients)
CC - where you can choose who will get a carbon copy
BCC -  where you can choose who will get a blind carbon copy (and the primary recipients will not be aware of it)

Each property has an option to add multiple items so you could, for example, have your email sent to 3 primary recipients, 2 carbon copies and 5 blind carbon copies.

- Email: Send test email
When configuring an email it is always recommended to check it before you send it out to real recipients.  For this reason we have added a new button next to he ‘Send via email’ button that sends a test email only to you. Once you review it and find that everything’s to your satisfactory - you can send it to your recipients.
