Lookup Metadata Cache

Last updated Dec 10 2018

As part of our improvements, we are now allowing you to store your Salesforce metadata object in our cache so your queries will run faster.
As you may know, each request to Salesforce is 1 API request, when using the Lookup object we are executing 2 API requests, the first for the metadata and the second for the actual lookup search data.
By using the Caching setting you will reduce the number of API calls to Salesforce and will also speed up your lookups!
The cache is stored for 1 week and you can clear it using the 'Refresh'  icon in your push/get settings.

Following are steps to activate this option:
- Select the Lookup element on canvas.
- Go to 'Properties' panel > 'Settings' option > 'Basic' category > Lookup mapping.
- Press on 'Set' button.
- Click on the 'Configure Salesforce integration' button.
- Open the 'Meta caching' category in the modal window.
- Turn on the 'Cache picklist and meta' checkbox.
- Save the form.

Enjoy!
