The Titan word add-in for Salesforce allows you to test the template you created and generate a document containing Salesforce data - This is called “Preview”. In order to see relevant data when you preview you use the filter to narrow your selection of records.
The Publish option also provides the exact filter however, it needs to be configured separately. We found that many users want to use the same filter in the Publish after trying it out in the Preview, and so we decided to add a functionality that copies the filter from the Preview to the Publish. It’s called: Copy to Publish.
