Publish auto size

When you are embedding a form in an iframe, that iframe has a fixed size. This is fine, but if your form has conditional logic in it, that causes the form to grow or contract in height, it will automatically add a scroll to your container.
In this version we’ve added an elegant way to have the embedded form grow or contract without a scroll, by using the “Auto sizing” option.
