The Co-browsing feature enables a user to ask for assistance while he/she are filling in the form. So all a user needs to do is ask for help and then a designated helper is emailed a link to join the user online.
In this version, we added an option to have the form URL and code stored in Salesforce fields instead of being sent via email.
