The FT button window in salesforce shows all your permitted templates. For each template there are 2 icons (for view and email) and a 3 dot menu (Kebab) that contains the rest of the options you can apply (seven options): Email, Generate, View form, View document, Download, Edit document, Attach to record.
In this version, we’ve added the option to show only a “mini-menu” that contains 4 options (Email, Generate, View document, Attach to record). This option can easily be configured for each template separately.
