New collaborator type Power user

As you all know, a Titan user can add collaborators under his account and give them different permissions (collaborator/editor/creator). He can, for example, set one collaborator to help him with editing existing forms, and set another collaborator to create new forms for him.
However, these collaborators are limited because even if they are granted full access to all of the account objects (forms, docs...) they cannot control the collaborators in the account.
In this version, we have added a new type of collaborator called: Power user.
This collaborator has full access to all account objects as well as the option to add collaborators and change their permissions, which makes them almost as powerful as the account owner himself.
