Payment Integration Emails

In this version we have made an addition to the Payment Integration. We now allow you to have an email sent to the form filler (and also to the form owner if you wish). Yes, we do have an option to send emails when the form is submitted, however, in some cases you may want an email to be sent only if the payment was made - and this option enables this.
Once you turn on the "Send mail" checkbox you will need to define who the form filler is and will also be able to create a custom email.
