So far when using Multi picklists in your word document the text pulled from a Salesforce Multi picklist field showed the API text instead of the Value text. This could actually go undetected since in many cases the field Value and API text in Salesforce are the same. The problem arises when they are not the same and then the API name is used instead of the Value.
Not so long ago we made this improvement for the regular Picklist and now we’re adding the Multipicklist to this as well.
