The approval process is a special feature Salesforce provides for streamlining business processes.
Up till now if you wanted to submit a process, approve or reject it from outside of Salesforce, you would have to hire a developer to provide you with a solution.
In this version we are allowing you guys to do this yourselves, by drag & drop and Salesforce integration mapping.
