Bugs and Additions
Following are the bugs fixed in this version as well as additions we made:

1- Page changes size when google map added
Seems that when a google map was added to a page in a multi page form, it made the page grow longer in the form builder.  This height change did not change the dimensions of the published form, and was gone once you moved to another page, nevertheless we thought it may confuse users - so it was fixed.

2- My submission filter
For some reason entries that were updated inside the my submissions grid were not showing up in the filter result after that. This was fixed.

3- Repeated emails don't send notifications
As you know, the email element does not only collect your fillers email addresses, but it can also be configured to send the fillers emails (to say thank you, to acknowledge their data entry etc ).
Seems that when the email element was put in a repeated section (to allow the filler enter a few email addresses) - not all emails were sent.
This was of course fixed.
