When you ask fillers to upload files (via forms or Titan Sign documents) you always take the risk of someone uploading harmful files. This is why we’ve added a new feature called: Scan Files.
Once this option is turned on (in My account >Profile tab) each time a file is uploaded it will then be scanned and only stored / pushed to Salesforce / sent in emails if it is found to be safe.
Two other important things you need to be aware of:
1- Each file scan will add 10 points to your API usage (in “My Account”).
2- This new feature requires a license that includes “Advanced Tools”.
