The pdf preview window has small buttons at the top for zooming in/out, for printing, and so on.
These buttons have icons on them (and not text) so there was no need to have them translated when the form was set to Hebrew. However, when you hover on these buttons a tooltip does appear, and always in English. So In this version we had these tooltips translated when the form is changed to Hebrew.
