Well, what do you know...seems like we’ll have another cool product for you soon: The Titan Survey. We hope you will like it :-)
This survey tool (we call it Donk) allows you to create a survey based on slides; with a start slide, question or information slides and a finish slide. There are a few themes and you can choose from and you can also play with the fonts, colors, images, etc.
The tool is not out yet but is Waiting for salesforce security review for final release.
