Push data based on Signer stage in Titan sign

Titan Document Sign allows you to create multi-signer documents and have a few people sign it in a certain order.
But what if you also want to push data to Salesforce based on the status of your signers? for example, if you want to create a contact when the first signer is completed his part? is this possible? Well...now it is. :-)
