Display API submissions usage in account settings

As you already know, we have status bars in the account settings to help you monitor your usage of forms, docs, storage space etc.
In this version, we’ve added a small yet significant thing: a tooltip that appears when you hover on the API strip, showing in detail how many API calls were used for "Push", How many were used for "Get", How many Form submissions were made and how many Titan sign Document submission.
