Bugs and Additions

Following are the bug fixes and small additions in this version:
1- Categories in my forms didn't save properly
The ‘my forms’ page allows you to create categories and place forms under them. But in some cases the changes were not saved, for example when a form was moved from category to category this transition was not saved. This was fixed.

2- Adding signature to pdf interactive mode without changing size
Signature element was not showing in PDF when size was not changed. This was fixed.

3- Salesforce nested query - when parent does not exists
The reference in the Salesforce mapping allows you to reach data of a related object. It seems that when referring to a Parent ID which was empty produced data somehow instead of leaving field empty. This was fixed.

4- Blue border
In some browsers when the filler selected a radio button or checkbox a blue border was displayed around it. We took care of that.
This issue was raised by Veronica - so thanks!

5- In pdf of RTL form - preview scroll  was set to show left part
When a filler submits a form and a PDF preview opens in a modal window - it opens to show the left part, by default.
Seems that in forms that were formatted to a Right-to-Left layout it still showed the left part. This was fixed so this modal opens to show the right part in RTL forms.
