Calendar default view

The calendar element has four buttons located at the top right (by default) which allow your filler to change the calendar view from month, to week, to day, to list. But the defaultive view was the monthly view.
In this version we’ve added the option to choose which of these views will be shown by default.
In addition, since the calendar also shows times and not just dates we added the option to set a From and To time. So if, for example, you’re only scheduling appointments between 14:00 pm and 20:00 pm, you can have your calendar only display the time frame between 14:00 and 20:00.
