Form Versions

Form creation is a process. It takes time and many changes are made.
Sometimes during the work you realize that you’ve reached a dead end and you would like to return to a different point in time, when the form was different (in its layout and functionality).
A user by the name of Jonathan leurer addressed us with this issue and we found this to be extremely important - so we added it to our version.
The new feature is called “Form Versions” and it allows the user to save versions of his form and then move from version to version according to his needs.
* This feature requires a license that includes ‘Advanced tools’.

Using the ‘Form versions’ feature is simple - all you need to do is:
-  Turn on the ‘Enable versions’ checkbox.
- Each time you press on ‘Save’ while working - another version of the form will be stored. Each version will be kept for 30 days.
- The ‘View versions’ button will open a list of versions,. It includes the date and time of each version that was created
- Simply choose the version and press on  ‘use this version’ link.
This will change your form according to the selected version.
