Output format for PDF mapping

Up till now, when setting up a PDF mapping (basic or dynamic) the file type of the generated document has always been PDF.
Lately, we’ve been getting requests to generate different file types as well, so we added the option to generate JPG, PNG and HTML files.
Moreover, since we allow our users to setup multiple PDF mapping templates in a form, we made sure this feature will work separately for each template. This means that you can have one mapping that outputs a PDF, another that outputs a JPG file and another the outputs HTML.
