Silent Mode in Co Browsing

In this version, we’ve added a new option to the Co-Browsing feature, called ”Silent Mode”. Normally when using co-browsing, the filler can see a small chat window at the bottom of his browser while he is filling in the form. If he needs assistance he can then just ask for help and a designated support rep joins him online via form link to assist him.
This new “Silent mode” option was added for users who had another business flow in mind: they didn't want the chat window to be displayed on the filler's screen. Instead, they intended their filler to contact them via phone and they could join him online without using the chat.
