Excess buttons removed from repeated section

Our repeated section has overgone a minor face-lift, in which excess buttons have been removed.
Up till now when a form filler pressed on the “Add” button to open more item lines, each line had an “Add” and a “Remove” button in it. There was no real reason for having the “Add” button on each line, since the result was the same - so we decided to hide the “Add” buttons from all item lines, except for the one in the last line.
