Bugs and Additions
Following are the bugs fixed in this version as well as additions we made:

1- Calculated field doesn't use CSS name
Our CSS option allows you to style your elements using an existing style sheet. The calculated field was not effected by the CSS and this was fixed in this version.

2- You cannot translate the "Rows" in SF table
To those who are using our Salesforce table in a different language - we have an option to change the table captions long ago, however a caption for the label "Rows" at the bottom of the table was not available for translate. This was now fixed. 

3- Basic Accessibility - radio and checkboxes items flipped places
Seems that Radio button and checkbox options in RTL forms, that had the 'Basic accessibility' option turned had flipped. This means that the radio button was shown on the left and the caption on the right (as if it was LTR).
This has been fixed in this version.

4- Place holder color
We had a user suggest that we make the 'Placeholder' text inside the input type lighter so it is more clear that it is not input text. 
We agreed with him and changed it accordingly.

5- Tab order is not applied in submissions grid and export to .XLS
We saw that when the Tab Order wizard was used fields were not displayed according to it in the "my submissions" grid and in the export files.
Fixed.
