Changing the default state of the element to Disabled

Up till now when it came to disabling /enabling an element in the form - this could be done by using a condition. All elements are elements are by default 'Enabled', so all you had to do is create a condition that made them disabled.
In this version we have added a new property to all elements that that can easily change their default state to 'Disabled'.
So in order to achieve this all you have to do is:
- select the element on canvas
- Go to 'Properties' panel > 'Element' tab > 'Settings' option > 'Advanced' category
- Turn on the 'Disabled' checkbox and you will see that at that moment it has become grayed out on canvas.
